Reiki Level 1 Training

Reiki Level 1 Class Description:

In the Reiki Level 1 class, you will be introduced to the foundational concepts and practices of Reiki, a powerful healing modality that promotes physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. This class is designed for beginners and provides a comprehensive understanding of Reiki energy, its history, and its principles.  By the end of this class, you will have the tools and confidence to practice Reiki on yourself, your loved ones, and even pets, fostering a sense of peace, balance, and well-being in your life.

Reiki Master Trainers Laura Hoffman and Angela Herman will lead this class. 

The physical location is Laura's Intuitive Wellness, 30 Glen Head Road, 2B, but depending on class size, the location could change to Laura's Home in Glen Head. Click here to learn more!
