Calling Back Your Energy: A Daily Ritual for Intuitives & High Performers

Your energy field moves and shifts all day long, and if you’re intuitive, sensitive, or simply juggling a demanding schedule, your energy can scatter into conversations, tasks, responsibilities, and even other people.

You feel tired, unfocused, overstimulated, or disconnected from yourself.
The good news is that your energy is not lost.
It can always be called back.
This is one of the practices I teach clients inside my Soul Alignment Sessions because it’s simple, powerful, and instantly grounding. When you call your energy back, you reconnect with your power, clarity, and grounded presence.

Why Your Energy Scatters
Your energy naturally expands throughout the day as you interact with the world.
Some of the most common places we “leave” our energy:
Conversations that required emotional labor
Work situations where we overextended
Family dynamics that drained us

A Simple Ritual: Calling Back Your Energy
This takes less than two minutes, and you can do it anywhere — at your desk, in your car, or before bed.
Step 1 — Get Present
Close your eyes.
Place both hands on your heart.
Take one deep breath in through the nose, and slowly exhale through the mouth.
Feel your body.
Feel your center.
Step 2 — Set the Intention
Say (out loud or silently):
“I call my energy back to me.”
“I release what is not mine.”
Your energy responds to direction—just like a muscle responds to movement.
Step 3 — Visualize
Imagine your energy returning to you from anywhere it has been:
Work
Conversations
Meetings
People
Worry
The future
The past
See it as light returning, gathering, and filling your body from head to toe.
Step 4 — Seal Your Field
Imagine a soft, golden light surrounding you — a boundary, a cocoon, a gentle shield.
Say:
“My energy is mine. I am grounded, whole, and present.”
Feel the shift.
It is subtle but real: your energy returns, your mind clears, and your nervous system softens.
Why This Ritual Works
This practice works on multiple layers:
Energetic: You’re reclaiming your life force.
Emotional: You’re stopping the leaks that lead to fatigue.
Spiritual: You’re signaling to your intuition that you’re ready to be in your center.
Somatic: You’re calming your body and resetting your nervous system.
