How to protect your energy without closing your heart
There’s something I see again and again with high-achieving professionals, intuitive leaders, and sensitive souls:

What Is an Energetic Boundary?
An energetic boundary isn’t about pushing people away.
It’s about managing your own field.
When your aura is strong and charged:

Sit tall in Easy Pose.
Raise both arms to a 60-degree angle (like a wide V).
Spread the fingers wide.
Begin Breath of Fire through the nose.
Keep the chest lifted and eyes gently focused at the third eye.
Continue for 3 minutes.
To close:
Inhale deeply.
Hold the breath.
Stretch the arms up.
Exhale and relax.
This kriya:
Strengthens the magnetic field
Clears emotional residue
Builds resilience
Boosts confidence and radiance
When your aura is strong, you don’t need to defend yourself.
Your presence does it for you.
3-Minute Energetic Reset for Busy Days
If you’re between meetings or clients:
Place one hand on your heart.
One hand on your lower belly.
Inhale slowly for 4.
Exhale for 6.
Imagine your energy pulling back into your body.
Quietly say:
“I call my energy back to myself.
I release what is not mine.”
Repeat for 2–3 minutes.
This alone can change the trajectory of your day.
