The rhythmic breathwork and mantras softened anxiety, cleared emotional heaviness, and helped regulate my nervous system in a way nothing else had. That experience is why I now integrate Kundalini kriyas and meditations into my healing sessions—it creates profound change quickly, gently, and deeply.

Why I Start Clients With Kirtan Kriya


One of the most universally effective practices I use is Kirtan Kriya, a simple 12-minute mantra and mudra meditation. Anyone can do it, and the benefits are remarkable.


Using the mantra SA TA NA MA and a repetitive fingertip pattern, Kirtan Kriya stimulates the brain, calms the nervous system, and resets emotional patterns.


Benefits include:


• Reduced stress and anxiety

• Improved memory and cognitive function

• Increased clarity and focus

• Heightened intuition

• Emotional balance and grounding


I often begin sessions with a few minutes of Kirtan Kriya because it immediately centers clients, clears mental noise, and opens them to deeper healing. Even those new to meditation feel the shift right away.

When I first found Kundalini Yoga, I needed more than exercise—I needed energetic release and emotional regulation. The breathwork, chanting, and repetitive movements created a rewiring effect in my system. My mind became quieter. My body felt lighter. My intuition returned online.
