This week, we continue our sacred journey through the chakras—and today, we dive deep into the beautiful and powerful energy of the Sacral Chakra, or Svadhisthana.
This chakra sits just below the navel, nestled in the lower abdomen. It is the energetic home of your creativity, sensuality, emotional expression, and adaptability. It’s where the energy of pleasure, flow, connection, and movement resides. If the Root Chakra grounds us in safety, the Sacral Chakra invites us to experience life fully—to feel, to create, and to enjoy.
🧡 What the Sacral Chakra Teaches Us
In my work as a clairvoyant energy healer, I often see clients who feel disconnected from their passion, numb to their emotions, or creatively depleted. Many are overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck in survival mode—especially women and leaders who give so much of themselves to others.
This chakra is associated with the water element, and when we lose our connection to flow, our bodies and spirits begin to feel rigid. We might:
Feel emotionally flat or overly reactive
Struggle with intimacy or vulnerability
Have challenges expressing our creative voice
Experience guilt or shame around pleasure
Face physical imbalances like low libido, hormonal issues, or reproductive health concerns
Organs connected to the Sacral Chakra include the:
Reproductive organs
Kidneys
Bladder
Lower intestines
These are all systems that require fluidity, nourishment, and balance to function optimally.
So this week, I invite you to gently reconnect with this part of yourself.
A Simple Kundalini Practice: Sufi Grinds
One of my favorite Kundalini kriyas for activating the sacral chakra is Sufi Grinds. It’s gentle, rhythmic, and incredibly effective in restoring flow to the hips and pelvic region, where we tend to store emotional tension and stagnant energy.
Here’s how to practice:
SUFI GRINDS
Sit cross-legged on the floor or on a cushion. Rest your hands gently on your knees.
Begin rotating your torso in large circles—clockwise—for 1–2 minutes.
Then reverse direction—counterclockwise—for another 1–2 minutes.
Keep your breath deep and even. Let your spine, hips, and belly move in harmony.
Close your eyes and tune inward as you move.
This kriya stimulates energy in the lower chakras, supports digestion and reproductive health, and helps release stuck emotions. It’s a practice I often return to when I feel creatively blocked or disconnected from my body.
Integrate the Energy: A Mini Reflection
After Sufi Grinds, place one or both hands over your lower belly. Take a few deep breaths. Ask yourself:
What brings me joy—without guilt or judgment?
Where in my life have I been holding back emotionally or creatively?
What would it feel like to live more fully from a place of flow?
Feel free to journal your answers, draw, dance, sing, or simply allow what comes up to be seen and felt.
Remember: your body knows how to heal.
Your energy wants to flow.
Your joy is not a luxury—it’s a sacred part of your alignment.

What’s Coming Next…
Over the next several weeks, we’ll continue moving up the chakra system—one center at a time—exploring how to bring healing, strength, and clarity to each level of your energetic body.
Next week, we’ll focus on the Solar Plexus Chakra, the seat of personal power, will, and confidence.
If this journey resonates with you, I’d love to hear from you. Hit reply and let me know how you’re feeling, what’s shifting, or what you’re discovering within yourself. 💌
Until then, may you move gently with your emotions, dance with your desires, and remember that your creativity is sacred.
